RETIF OIL & FUEL CREDIT APPLICATION

In order to complete the credit application process, you must fill out and sign the following documents and mail them to:

If applying for Refuel all 3 documents must be filled out. For all other credit request, only the application and the guaranty must be filled out.

In order to speed up the process, you can get a head start on your credit application by filling it out online HERE. Remember in order to complete the credit application the forms still need to be printed out and mailed to the address above.
